Neuter is Cuter is a feline TNR and Low cost spay/neuter clinic for Jasper County, Iowa residents.

Neuter (male cat)  $35.00
Spay (female cat ) $60.00
Fee includes surgery, feline distemper vaccine, rabies vaccine and a topical flea medication.

All individuals interested in using this service must attend a pre-registration event to complete necessary paperwork and be given a surgery date.

1)  All kittens must be AT LEAST 12 weeks old
2)  All kittens must weigh AT LEAST 3 pounds
3)  All cats must be either ear-tipped or microchipped.
                Ear-tipping is at no additional cost.
               Microchipping is an additional $10.00.
4)  Payment is due when appointment is scheduled.

Our facility is not set up for dogs. We hope to work with Jasper County veterinarians in the future to set up a program for dogs.
